Your photos stay yours. This is what Mable looks at.

Only photos taken at the shop

When you give access, Mable checks where each photo was taken and only works with the ones taken at your shop.

Photos taken anywhere else, like dinner out, a day at the beach or the dog at home, are skipped and not used for posts. Screenshots and receipts are set aside too.

Nothing posts without your yes

Every post comes to you first as a draft, on WhatsApp or in the app. It goes to Instagram only after you say yes. Say no and it is not posted.

Before a post goes up, you can change the caption or swap the photo.

The photos stay yours

The photos are yours. Mable uses them to make posts for your own shop, and you decide which of them are published.

You can stop at any time

You can turn off photo access in your phone’s settings whenever you like, and stop using Mable at any time. Without access it cannot see new photos.

Waitlist

When you put your shop on the waitlist, we keep your email address and your shop’s name, the language of the page and when you gave your consent.

We use them only to invite you when Mable opens. We do that with your consent, which you give by ticking the box when you sign up.

We delete your details when Mable opens, or twelve months after you signed up if that comes first.

To come off the list or withdraw your consent, email privacy@getmable.app and we delete your details. You can do that at any time, without giving a reason.

Your details are stored in the EU: in a Neon database in Frankfurt. The form is handled by Vercel (Vercel Inc.), also in Frankfurt.

Vercel keeps logs of requests to this site for a short time, including IP addresses.
